    Praised for his “enchanting tone” (Badische Zeitung), Swedish violinist Philip Zuckerman performs a thrilling recital with pianist John Root at the Clark Arts Center on Saturday, May 2. Alumnus of The Perlman Music Program's Summer Music School and Chamber Music Workshop, Philip maintains a vigorous performance schedule as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician.  Please note the recital will take place at 7:30 PM.

    Tickets are $25, FREE for ages 18 and under (call 212.877.5045.) Includes a “Meet the Artist” reception.

    5.27 Russian Modernism Gallery Viewing and Concert at Neue Galerie New York

    Members of the Virtuoso Society at the Patron level and above are invited to a special gallery viewing and chamber music concert at Neue Galerie New York. PMP alumnus Eric Silberger curates a program inspired by Russian Modernism, including works by Mahler, Shostakovich, and Arensky. Alumni Eric Silberger (violin), Milena Pajaro-van de Stadt (viola), Andrew Janss (cello) and Kwan Yi (piano) will present this special event to complement the Neue Galerie's current exhibition: Russian Modernism: Cross-Currents of German and Russian Art, 1907-1917 in the muesum's intimate Cafe Sabarsky.

    This evening will include a gallery viewing, reception and chamber music concert.

    G. Mahler - Quartet for Piano, Violin, Viola and Cello in A minor
