On February 2, 2017, Toby and Itzhak Perlman and luminaries from the worlds of food, music and wine gathered at Le Bernardin Privé for an extraordinary wine dinner and charity auction to benefit The Perlman Music Program.

The evening marked the tenth anniversary of PMP’s wine auction events, and raised over $600,000 in support of the program’s incredibly talented students and faculty.

Between courses designed by Chef Eric Ripert, guests were treated to performances of Bartok, Leclair, Beethoven and Brahms by current students and distinguished alumni of The Perlman Music Program.

Our most grateful thanks go out to Event Chair & Auctioneer Michael Troise, Guest of Honor Vincent Pagès of Krug Champagne USA, and our inspiring board members and auction co-chairs: Stephanie and Gavin Albert, Leslie and James Attwood, Christine and Randall Blank, Bettina and Donald Bryant, Ann and Michael Bunyaner, Carol and Douglas Cohen, Vanessa and Henry Cornell, Ellen and Rodger DeRose, Jay Dweck, Barbara Gladstone, Bari and Neil Goldmacher, Cornelia and Ralph Heins, Vicki and Chris Kellogg, Katherine and Peter Kend, Vera and Robert Loeffler, Biriçim and Mark Miller, Eilene and Ronald Oehl, Pamela and Edward Pantzer, Joanna and Daniel Rose, Roger Schagrin, Laura Sloate, Ashley and Jim Toth, Diane and Thomas Tuft, Caitlin Tully, and Eileen and Ronald Weiser.

Our charity auction was made possible by donations from generous individuals and esteemed winemakers from around the world. Extraordinary wines and champagnes for dinner were kindly provided by Prince and Princess Robert of Luxembourg and Domaine Clarence Dillon, Cornell Vineyards, and Krug Champagne USA. Western Wine Carriers donated their expert assistance in cellaring and shipping the rare and special wines offered for auction.
