The Perlman Music Program is licensed to solicit funds from residents in the following jurisdictions as required by law:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
License registration is pending in the District of Columbia.

COLORADO – Colorado residents may obtain copies of registration and financial documents from the office of the Secretary of State at (303) 894-2860, www.sos.state.co.us

FLORIDA – A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the division of consumer services by calling toll-free (800) HELP-FLA or online at www.FloridaConsumerHelp.com. GEORGIA – A full and fair description of the programs of The Perlman Music Program and our financial statement summary is available upon request at our office and phone number as indicated above.
MARYLAND – For the cost of postage and copying, documents and information filed under the Maryland charitable organizations laws can be obtained from the Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, (800) 825-4510.
NEW YORK - A copy of The Perlman Music Program’s most recently filed financial report is available from the Charities Registry on the New York State Attorney General’s website (www.charitiesnys.com) or, upon request, by contacting the New York State Attorney General, Charities Bureau, 28 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10005, or PMP at the address above. NORTH CAROLINA – Financial information about The Perlman Music Program and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing branch at (888) 830-4989. The license is not an endorsement by the state.

VIRGINIA - A financial statement for The Perlman Music Program is available upon written request by contacting the Virginia Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs, P.O. Box 1163, Richmond, VA 23218.
WASHINGTON - The notice of solicitation required by the State Office of Consumer Affairs is on file with the Washington Secretary of State, and information relating to financial affairs of The Perlman Music Program is available from the Secretary of State, and the toll-free number for Washington residents is (800) 332-4483.
