Chamber Music Workshop

The Chamber Music Workshop (CMW) invites young artists to explore musicianship at the highest level. Led by esteemed cellist and educator Merry Peckham, 40 musicians ages 18 and up take part in masterclasses, chamber music “marathon” weekends, salons hosted in private homes, a vibrant chorus, and more.

The CMW artist-faculty represent giants among performers and educators today. Young artists enjoy remarkable opportunities to perform alongside their mentors and delve into masterworks of the chamber repertoire. Since its founding in 2003, the Workshop has grown into one of the country’s most prestigious summer chamber music programs, with alumni at the forefront of today’s most dynamic and distinguished ensembles.
