RECORDING
Recording of any kind (audio, video, photo) during performances at The Perlman Music Program is strictly prohibited. Outside the Performance Tent and Clark Arts Center, prior authorization is required to record media or photograph the PMP campus. Anyone wishing to record audio/video/photographs on the PMP campus for any reason must contact PMP staff for permission in advance at info@perlmanmusicprogram.org.
MEDIA RELEASES
The Perlman Music Program maintains current media releases on its students, faculty, and staff. Please note that the majority of students attending PMP’s Summer Music School are minors, and permission must be obtained from the child AND his or her guardian for all interviews, videotaping, and photography. Specific requests regarding children must be authorized in writing to info@perlmanmusicprogram.org.
PHOTO REQUESTS
Requests for photos approved for print/digital use of PMP founders, faculty, alumni, and students may be sent to info@perlmanmusicprogram.org.
INTERVIEW REQUESTS
Interview requests with the PMP founders, faculty, alumni, and students regarding The Perlman Music Program must be submitted in writing to PMP staff at info@perlmanmusicprogram.org. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, interviews may take place in person at The Perlman Music Program’s Shelter Island campus. Throughout the year, we welcome requests for interviews by phone.
VISITING OUR SHELTER ISLAND CAMPUS
Journalists and camera crews must obtain prior authorization to visit PMP, and must be accompanied by PMP communications staff while at camp. To plan your visit, email info@perlmanmusicprogram.org.
